Where our products come from

We import directly from manufacturers in China rather than buying through long chains of resellers. That keeps prices fair and lets us choose what we sell.

Our products are original, and we work to make sure they always are. As parents ourselves, we know how much it matters that what reaches your child is what you expected.

Who sells what

Some products on shoishop are sold by independent shops. The shop is shown on every product page, and the same returns and claims process applies to every order.

If something is not as described

If an item is not genuine or not as described, tell us. Send your order number and clear photos through our Report a problem page. We will look into it and, if your claim is valid, replace the item or refund you.
