How pre-orders work

What is a pre-order?

Sometimes a product you love is out of stock right now. Instead of making you wait and check back, we let you order it ahead. Pre-order products carry a Pre-order badge on the product page, in your cart and at checkout.

How it works

1. Place your order as usual. A product you can pre-order shows a Pre-order now button instead of Buy now.
2. We confirm your order and get the item in for you.
3. Once the item is back in stock, we dispatch it. Delivery then takes 1–3 days after dispatch, like any other order.

Good to know

• Timing: because pre-order items are on their way to us, the exact arrival date can change. We will keep you updated, and you can always ask us for the latest.
• Payment: as with all orders, you pay by Cash on Delivery when the item reaches you. You do not pay anything upfront.
• Cancelling: you can cancel a pre-order before it is dispatched by contacting us.
• If an item cannot be supplied: we will let you know and cancel that item for you.
