By using shoishop or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Our marketplace

shoishop operates an online marketplace. Some products are sold by shoishop itself and some by independent shops; the shop selling a product is shown on its product page. Shops that sell here also agree to our Seller terms.

2. Your account

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.

3. Products and prices

We do our best to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate, but colours and finishes can vary slightly from photos. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund anything you have paid.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock or pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is currently by Cash on Delivery (see Payment methods): please have the amount ready when your order arrives. We may decline future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

5. Pre-orders

Products marked Pre-order are out of stock when you order and are delivered once they are back in stock. Timings are estimates and can change, for example because of international shipping and customs. See how pre-orders work.

6. Delivery, returns and claims

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & delivery policy, and damaged, incorrect or missing items by our Returns, refunds & claims page. Both form part of these terms.

7. Product use and safety

Follow the age guidance and instructions that come with each product, and supervise children when they use it. Products are not medical devices and nothing on the site is medical advice.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, attempts to break or overload the service, scraping at a scale that harms it, or posting unlawful or misleading content.

9. Intellectual property

The shoishop name, logo, design and site content belong to shoishop or its licensors. Shops remain responsible for the content they upload and confirm they have the right to use it.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, shoishop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
